Afghanistan client Visited RICHMCHN Office

On November 15, 2024, we received an Afghanistan client who wanted a LONKING loader. He had visited many factories in Hebei before but did not find a satisfactory manufacturer. During the communication, we learned that the customer wanted to buy a 6-ton large loader and a Doosan excavator. We arranged a visit to the Longgong factory to meet customer needs. At the factory, the customer highly recognized the performance of the large loader and showed great interest in the machine with a breaker. After the visit, we assisted the customer in staying in the hotel recommended by his friend and handled the relevant procedures. The customer spoke highly of our reception and service and expressed his expectation for long-term cooperation.

This reception was supported by the meticulous guidance of the master, as well as the timely information support provided by colleagues Rita and Dina, and we also thank the family for their great help. After the visit, we sorted out the quotation and actively followed up on the order's progress.
