Cameroon Clients Visited RICHMCHN Office

On April 23, 2024, I confirmed the clients’ travel schedule early to make sure everything would run smoothly. In the morning, I went to my clients' hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, I politely greeted the clients and prepared to leave for our company.

Along the way, I had a light conversation with the clients. After arriving at the company, I first introduced the overall layout of the company and the responsibilities of each department to the clients, so that they had a preliminary understanding of the scale and operation of the company. I then took them on a tour of the company's display area, showing our past successful cases and our professional team.

During the visit, I introduced the company's history and development process in detail. At the same time, I actively listen to the needs and expectations of my clients and strive to understand their business context and specific needs. We discussed in-depth possible cooperation opportunities, including pricing, service content, and subsequent factory visit plans.

After the meeting, to further deepen mutual understanding and trust, I invited the clients to lunch. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, we shared each other's culture and work experience and improved our understanding of each other. After lunch, I drove the client back to the hotel and made sure he was safely checked in.
