RP903/RP953 9.5M Crawler Asphalt Concrete Paver
RP953 paver is the leading model of 3 series large pavers. Featuring outstanding quality, high cost-performance, and extraordinary working efficiency, this product is a construction equipment that can be extensively applied for the paving of expressway road-bases and the classified highway pavements. lts reliability and working performance reach the leading level of similar products at home and abroad, it is an ideal equipment for paving foundation stabilized materials and asphalt layer materials.
Performance characteristic
* The mature and reliable SC9DK220 diesel engine is installed, with the strong power output and displacement of 8.8L, good starting performance.
* Using the triad powerful composite radiator, through forced concentrated heat extraction, ensuring the continuous work for a long time under the high temperature of 50 ºC.
* The left and right independent traveling drives of rubber crawler system are applied, the micro-computer control is utilized, and the constant-speed automatic control technology is adopted for the paving speed.
* Four sets of independent hydraulic drive the auger and conveyor system, through the sensing automatic control, ensuring constant material level.
* The distribution device can move vertically to adapt to diversifed paving thicknesses and reduce the material segregation and power consumption .
* The material distribution vanes are made of high chrome wear-resistant alloy and the material conveyance baseplate and the screed baseplates are made of hard wear-resistant steel plates to effectively prolong the life of machine.
