XCMG Emergency Rescue Team in Action Amid Torrential Floods

Torrential rain is pouring down, and red alerts are in full force! In recent days, Miyun and other areas in Beijing have been hit by historically rare torrential rainstorms. Roads have been blocked, floodwaters are raging, and people's lives and property are under severe threat.

In this critical moment, the XCMG Emergency Rescue Team responded swiftly to the flood alert. Ten team members quickly mobilized to Beijing, joining forces with local customers and operators to participate in rescue efforts.

S311 Provincial Road and Zuodi Road in Miyun District are in urgent need—relentless floodwaters have torn apart many sections. On the morning of July 30, XCMG's XE200GA excavators and other heavy equipment roared onto the scene, cutting emergency passageways through mud and debris.

On Jianwan Road in Miyun District, since July 27, XCMG loader customer Li Baoguo has been operating an XC956 loader continuously for three days and nights in knee-deep sludge.

In Mulin Town, Shunyi District, another customer drove an XCMG XC956 loader, and under the coordinated command of emergency departments, he began standby duty in the rain late at night on July 28. On the 29th, he joined the disaster relief efforts, clearing a critical lifeline for follow-up rescue forces.

When some residents in Miyun District were trapped by surging floodwaters and faced life-threatening danger, loader operator Wang Tianyu fearlessly drove his XCMG loader into the submerged area, cutting through the water and safely evacuating over 80 stranded people. This awe-inspiring moment of steel arms lifting lives earned high praise on CCTV’s Xinwen Lianbo.

More than 10 XCMG excavators and loaders are working side by side with rescue teams. Operating tirelessly day and night, they are forming a solid "steel defense line" by opening emergency roads, dredging blocked rivers, and clearing road obstacles.
Though the rain pours down and roads are cut off, the rescue mission never stops.
