On October 22, 2025, RICHMCHN welcomed a customer from the United Arab Emirates who was interested in purchasing truck cranes and HYUNDAI excavators.

Before the visit, our team confirmed the client’s travel schedule, prepared detailed product brochures, and organized all necessary materials for the meeting. After confirming machine prices during prior discussions, the client decided to visit China and was invited to our company for an in-depth discussion about the order details.

During the visit, we presented a comprehensive PPT introduction and product catalogs, explaining our machinery performance, customization options, and service advantages. The client was very satisfied with the company’s professionalism and strength, but mentioned that he would also compare offers from other suppliers before making a final decision.
