On November 19, 2025, RICHMCHN welcomed a customer from the Dominican Republic for a business visit focused on truck cranes, tractor heads, trailers, and dump trucks. The visit was arranged on short notice, as we received the client’s confirmation only the night before, and the detailed schedule was provided on the day of the visit. The customer came to our office independently, and our team made full preparations by organizing relevant product information and order materials in advance.
After the client arrived, we guided him on a tour of our company, introducing RICHMCHN’s development history, business scale, and main product lines. The customer showed strong interest and gave positive feedback on our company profile and product range. During the meeting, we had in-depth discussions about several models, especially different tonnages of SANY truck cranes. The client requested additional quotations, including price comparisons and freight costs, and mentioned that if the updated offers are provided promptly, he plans to decide between leaving China at the end of the month. He also indicated that he may visit our company again before departure to finalize the details.
As the client was on a tight schedule, we arranged transportation and saw him off by taxi to the station. This visit further strengthened mutual understanding and laid a solid foundation for the next step of cooperation. We will continue to follow up closely, update quotations in time, and work toward successfully closing the order.
