On March 19, 2026, RICHMCHN welcomed a client from China for a factory visit and inspection related to excavators. Prior to the visit, we confirmed the client’s schedule and requirements, and arranged the factory appointment in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
The client had already placed an order, and the machines were available in stock. During the visit, the client requested to inspect and accept the purchased equipment at the factory. We accompanied the client through a detailed inspection process, ensuring all machines met the agreed specifications and quality standards. At the same time, we also introduced other available models and recommended additional equipment based on the client’s potential future needs.
Following the inspection, both sides held further discussions on possible next orders and long-term cooperation. The visit not only ensured a successful acceptance of the current machines but also created opportunities for expanding future business.
