  What is Richmchn Machinery’s Warranty?

  A

  Richmchn Machinery offers a twelve-month or 2,000-hour warranty (whichever comes first) on all machines exported by us. During the warranty period, if a spare part fails under normal operation due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part free of charge.

  Please note that we reserve the right to determine whether a defect resulted from a material or workmanship issue during normal use, or from factors excluded from this warranty. This warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence, misuse, improper shipment, handling, storage, or environmental conditions. Additionally, any modifications made to our products by the client, the client's employees, or end-users will void this warranty. For clarity, this warranty also excludes normal wearing and easily breakable parts, including but not limited to filters, belts, electrical appliances and wires, bulbs and fuses, glass, rubber, and plastic materials.

  What is the delivery time?

  A

  Under normal circumstances, we can offer immediate delivery of standard machines within 7 days. This is made possible by our extensive network of resources, allowing us to check machine stock locally and nationwide, and receive units on time. For customized or factory-ordered machines, however, production may take more than 30 days.

  How does your pricing compare with that of manufacturers and factories?

  A

  We are leading dealers for China's top construction machinery manufacturers, offering competitive prices supported by extensive client feedback and direct comparisons.

  When can you respond to client inquiries?

  A

  Our team is dedicated, proactive, and works around the clock to respond quickly to client inquiries and concerns. We resolve most issues within 8 hours—a response time that significantly outperforms many manufacturers and factories.

  What payment methods do you accept?

  A

  Normally, we can work on the T/T term or the L/C term, and sometimes the DP term.

  (1) For orders with T/T payment terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, and the remaining 70% balance should be settled before shipment or against a copy of the original B/L for long-term clients.

  (2) For orders with L/C payment terms, we can accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank. Please consult your sales manager for further advice.

  Which Incoterms 2010 terms are you able to work with?

  A

  We are experienced in international trade and fully proficient with all INCOTERMS 2010. Our standard trade terms include FOB, CFR, CIF, CIP, and DAP.

  How long will your price be valid?

  A

  As a supplier, we pride ourselves on being approachable and customer-focused—we never prioritize profits over your satisfaction. Our prices remain stable throughout the year, subject to adjustment only in the following two specific scenarios:

  (1) Significant fluctuations in the USD/RMB exchange rate due to international currency movements.

  (2) Increases in labor or raw material costs that lead manufacturers to adjust their machine prices.

  What are the various logistics methods available for shipping?

  A

  We offer flexible transportation options to ship construction machinery to destinations worldwide:

  (1) Sea Freight (covering approximately 80% of our shipments)
  We deliver machines to all major regions—including Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia—using either container shipping or RoRo/bulk shipment.

  (2) Land Freight (for neighboring inland countries)
  For countries bordering China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we arrange delivery by road or railway.

  (3) Air Courier (for urgent light spare parts)
  When immediate delivery is required, we use international courier services including DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx to ensure prompt shipment of light spare parts.
