The customer originally planned to visit China at the end of June to inspect the factory and the machine. Due to inventory reasons, the customer was adjusted to visit the Shanghai headquarters first and then inspect the machine after the equipment was ready. To ensure efficient reception, the company confirmed the customer's itinerary, prepared market information, quotation plans, company introduction videos and PPT, and arranged a special car to pick him up.

The customer arrived in China last week and visited the company's headquarters for the first time today. The company team accompanied the customer throughout the whole process and was received by senior business personnel and master Phyllis, who introduced the company's business and product advantages in detail. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on order details, delivery cycle and after-sales service, laying the foundation for subsequent cooperation. After the meeting, the company sent the customer back to the hotel and had dinner together to deepen the exchange.
