LIUGONG Road Machinery Supports Road Upgrades in Central Asia

Recently, the Central Asia road upgrading and reconstruction project, in which LIUGONG Road Machinery participated throughout the process, was successfully completed. The project used LIUGONG Road Machinery's complete road equipment solutions to address prominent problems such as aging, potholes and cracks on local roads, and won customer recognition with its high efficiency and high-quality performance, marking a new level of brand influence of LIUGONG Road Machinery in the Central Asian market.

As a key project for upgrading Central Asia's transportation infrastructure, national highway construction faces the challenges of tight schedules and heavy tasks. Relying on the advantages of complete equipment, LIUGONG Road Machinery has invested in core models such as the 509E paver, 6516E rubber-wheeled roller, 6212E/6214E double steel-wheeled roller and 777A two-end busy, forming an integrated construction link of "paving-compacting-auxiliary operations".

The 509E paver ensures that the road surface flatness meets the standard with precise paving thickness control and efficient operation capabilities; the 6516E rubber-wheeled roller and the 6212E/6214E double-steel-wheeled roller work in combination to achieve dual guarantees for the density and surface quality of the asphalt layer; the 777A two-end roller flexibly completes edge trimming and material transfer, improving overall construction efficiency.

With the coordinated cooperation of LIUGONG equipment, the project team overcame challenges such as high temperature and complex road conditions and completed the first section of construction ahead of schedule. Key indicators such as road surface flatness and compaction met customer requirements.

After the project was delivered, the person in charge of the project said that LIUGONG equipment not only has stable performance, but also shows strong adaptability under harsh working conditions, and the construction effect far exceeds expectations. The local mainstream media also reported on the project, saying that LIUGONG road machinery has injected new momentum of "Made in China" into the transportation construction in Central Asia.
