Hannan Yangtze River Bridge is a single-span suspension bridge with a main span of 1,600m, a bridge deck width of 41.5m and a total length of 2,846m, which poses severe challenges to concrete construction. Faced with a complex high-altitude working environment and massive concrete pouring needs, XCMG concrete machinery rose to the challenge.

During the critical pouring period, XCMG 72m pump truck crossed the construction obstacles with its 71.1m ultra-long boom and 65.5m horizontal spreading distance. Even between dense bridge pier steel frames, it can accurately deliver concrete to the designated location, avoiding frequent vehicle movement and adjustment, and improving construction efficiency.

When pouring the main bridge pier caisson foundation, the third-generation intelligent boom continued to perform stably, with a vibration amplitude of less than 130mm, and the concrete was accurately dropped from high altitude into the gap of the steel frame, realizing "inserting into the gap" type pouring.

Under continuous high-intensity operation, the energy-saving advantages of XCMG equipment are also fully utilized. The third-generation energy-saving technology works in conjunction with the ECO energy-saving mode, with significant energy-saving effects.
