RICHMCHN Launches New Foreign Trade Talent Program

On the afternoon of August 27, 2026, the kickoff meeting for the 2026 Fiscal Year Procurement Festival – “Rising Foreign Trade Talents” Newcomer Development Program was successfully held. All participating newcomers from RICHMCHN gathered together, officially launching a new round of competition, learning, and professional development.

During the meeting, the organizing committee introduced the competition rules, first-round tasks, and team formation process in detail. Each participant then took the stage for a one-minute self-introduction, using self-designed PowerPoint presentations to showcase their strengths, career goals, and determination. Following the presentations, team selection was completed on site, with team leaders successfully chosen and the new competition teams officially formed.

The competition will officially begin on September 1, featuring multiple practical challenges designed to combine real-world foreign trade operations with talent development.
