On December 4, 2025, RICHMCHN welcomed clients from South Africa who arrived in China to further explore machinery procurement opportunities. Before the visit, we confirmed the full travel schedule, prepared detailed product catalogs, and organized the necessary technical materials to ensure a productive meeting.
The client, who has been in the machinery business since 2006 mainly dealing in used equipment, plans to begin purchasing new machines starting this year. During the discussions, we provided quotations for graders, wheel loaders, and excavators, along with professional model recommendations based on their project needs. The visiting team included two company bosses and a technical specialist, all of whom showed strong interest in expanding into new machinery procurement.
After welcoming them to the RICHMCHN office, we offered a comprehensive company tour and presented our product strengths and service capabilities. The clients were highly engaged, asked detailed technical questions, and expressed satisfaction with the models we recommended. We later hosted them for lunch, further strengthening mutual trust and leaving a very positive impression.
