On December 30, 2025, RICHMCHN welcomed a customer from Ethiopia for a business visit focused on tractor trucks and excavators. The visit was arranged in advance, with our team confirming the client’s itinerary and preparing product catalogs and related technical materials to ensure an efficient and professional reception.
The customer was introduced by a Yiwu-based trading partner, who brought the end user to our company for an on-site visit. During the meeting, we guided the client to tour our office and presented RICHMCHN’s company strength, business scope, and main product lines. The discussion mainly centered on tractor trucks and excavators. After confirming the required configurations and technical specifications, both sides had in-depth communication regarding pricing and purchasing plans.
The atmosphere of the meeting was positive and practical. The customer showed clear interest in the proposed solutions and expressed recognition of our professionalism and company capability. After a business lunch together, we arranged transportation and sent the client back to the hotel.
