On January 14, 2026, clients from China visited for a factory tour regarding road rollers. Before the visit, we carefully confirmed the client’s schedule, clarified the exact equipment requirements, and coordinated with the factory in advance to ensure a smooth and efficient visit arrangement.
After the roller model and price were initially agreed upon, the client informed us the next day of their intention to personally visit the factory. We reacted quickly and arranged a factory visit to Xuzhou on the third day. During the visit, the client conducted a detailed inspection of the machine, checked key components, and gained a clearer understanding of the production process and quality control standards. On-site, we had in-depth discussions about transportation solutions, loading plans, payment terms, and delivery timelines to ensure every detail met the client’s expectations.
The client expressed strong satisfaction with both the machine performance and the overall reception arrangement. By the end of the visit, a clear deposit plan and cooperation intention were confirmed.
Following the visit, we promptly revised the contract according to the discussions and are actively following up on the deposit and remaining payment to move the order forward smoothly.
