Colombia Clients Visited RICHMCHN Office

On July 10, 2026, RICHMCHN welcomed two clients from Colombia for a business visit focused on skid steer loaders, excavators, truck cranes, and backhoe loaders. Before the visit, we confirmed the clients' travel schedule and prepared relevant product materials to ensure a smooth and productive meeting.

The cooperation began with an inquiry about a skid steer loader in June. When we learned that the clients would be visiting Shanghai in July, we invited them to visit the RICHMCHN office for a face-to-face meeting. During the visit, we introduced RICHMCHN's business scope, export experience, and product resources, and discussed the clients' specific requirements for skid steer loaders, excavators, truck cranes, and backhoe loaders. We also answered their questions regarding machine configurations, pricing, and potential purchasing arrangements.

The face-to-face meeting gave the clients a better understanding of RICHMCHN's capabilities and helped strengthen mutual trust. After the meeting, we escorted the clients back to their destination per their schedule. We would also like to thank our mentor and colleagues for their valuable guidance and support during the reception.

Following the visit, we will continue preparing and updating quotations based on the clients' requirements, maintain close communication, and actively follow up to promote future cooperation and orders.
