LIUGONG 855T Redefines the 5-Ton Wheel Loader Standard

The LIUGONG 855T wheel loader has officially entered the market as a new-generation 5-ton fuel-powered all-around machine, delivering major upgrades in power, efficiency, intelligence, comfort, and safety.

Built around the concept of high efficiency, the LIUGONG 855T is designed to handle demanding working conditions while helping customers reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

Powered by the Guangkang L9 engine and BS308 transmission, the loader delivers strong performance and long-term reliability. The drivetrain and axle systems have been upgraded for improved durability, while the machine has completed over 300,000 hours of reliability testing in extreme environments, including high altitudes up to 5,500 meters and temperatures from -35°C to 50°C.

The 855T also introduces smarter machine management. Standard OTA remote upgrades and intelligent diagnostics allow operators to monitor equipment status in real time through the LIUGONG Smart Manager APP. The system can predict potential failures, provide warning notifications, and reduce downtime losses.

To improve operating efficiency, the machine offers optional intelligent loading functions, including smart weighing, automatic boom lifting, automatic bucket leveling, and material dumping assistance.

Fuel efficiency is another major highlight. With optimized power matching technology, the 855T reduces overall fuel consumption by approximately 12% while maintaining strong operating performance. According to LIUGONG, annual operating costs can be reduced significantly through savings in fuel, maintenance, labor, and residual value.

The loader also delivers impressive productivity with a 5.5-ton rated load capacity, 3.3 m³ bucket, 13 km/h working speed, and a fast 5.2-second boom lift cycle.

Operator comfort has been upgraded with a larger cab, wider visibility, lower noise levels, improved air conditioning, and more spacious interior design. Maintenance is also more convenient thanks to the electric rear hood and optimized engine compartment layout.

Safety features include blind-spot mirrors, optional 360-degree cameras, collision warning systems, and reinforced structural design for improved operational stability.
